• Clean Gently: Use warm water, mild soap, and rinse and dry completely. Additionally, use the polishing cloth provided in every order to keep your pieces looking their best.

• Apply Products First: Put on perfumes, lotions, and cosmetics before your jewelry.

• Minimize Contact: While PVD is up to 10 times more durable than gold-plated brass, taking off jewelry before swimming or working out can help for extra longevity. Prolonged or heavy exposure to harsh chemicals can eventually dull the finish.

• Keep it Dry: PVD is water-resistant, but always dry your jewelry if it gets wet.

• Store Safely: Keep jewelry in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent tangling.

Our classic plated pieces are crafted from gold-plated brass or silver-plated brass, designed to give the same elevated look as our waterproof pieces with a touch of extra care. Each piece is plated with 14k or 18k gold, or sterling silver, noted in the product description so you always know the details.

What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your jewelry. If it’s not the perfect fit, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery as long as the piece is unworn and in its original packaging. Just reach out to us at sundriftjewels@gmail.com and we’ll get you set up.

Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges for pieces of equal or lesser value. To start a request, submit a note through our Contact Page. The original item must be unworn and returned in its original packaging, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is in transit and we’ve received the tracking number, we’ll send out your new piece.

Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but if you’re exchanging for a different piece, we’ll ship the new item back to you on us.

Can I request a custom piece?
While we don’t offer full custom designs, we love working with personal details. If you have a shell of your own that you’d like turned into jewelry, we’re happy to make it happen.
